Very cool glass mushroom lamp by Peill and Putzler, produced around 1970 - 1980. This model is not very common.
This lamp is made of one mouth-blown piece of crystal milk glass and it's shaped like a typical mid-century mushroom. The lamp is placed directly on the surface and gives very fine light.
Also very similar to the Vistosi mushroom lamp.
